At Prashanti Sarees, we strive to ensure you love your purchase, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a seamless 7-day return and exchange policy for unworn and unstitched products. Please ensure all original tags and packaging are intact to facilitate a smooth refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the saree is folded correctly with original tags attached and the blouse piece remains unstitched to qualify for a successful return.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will schedule a pickup from your doorstep within 2-3 business days at no additional cost.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit within 7-10 working days.
